Job Title: Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
2. Continuously maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers at all times.
3. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
4. Driving sales to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.
5. Utilising in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
6. Providing alternatives and upselling at every opportunity.
7. Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
8. Ensuring products are correctly priced.
9. Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.
10. Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
11. Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.
