Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers opportunities for career development within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer service.
• Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Drive sales and exceed targets where possible.
• Utilize in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
• Provide product alternatives and suggest add-on sales.
• Replenish stock levels and ensure the full-size range is available.
• Price products correctly.
• Deputize for other staff and perform additional duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
• Work safely and responsibly.
