Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Brighton is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding festive shopping experience. You will support day-to-day store operations, assist customers, replenish stock and maintain presentation standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Support the achievement of store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.
