Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle all cash register duties, and present a professional, friendly manner.
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing, maintain displays per LEGO Retail standards.
• Operate the stockroom safely, assist receiving merchandise, and flag shortages.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs.
• Support general store operations as required.
