Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions while maintaining a professional, gracious and engaging demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment and uphold LEGO visual standards.
• Assist in receiving and stockroom organization in line with store safety rules.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers through promotions and loyalty programs.
