Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide operates a network of stores including Sweaty Betty. We empower teams to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, helping customers find the right footwear, apparel and accessories while building lasting relationships.

In this role you will create amazing customer experiences, drive sales targets, maintain store standards, and contribute to merchandising, stock control and loss prevention. A positive, professional attitude and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required

• Enthusiasm to learn and to share your product knowledge
