Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver exceptional service in store locations. You will assist customers in selecting footwear and apparel, support brand storytelling, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for the brands, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred to meet store needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
