Job summary

The White Company is seeking a proactive Stockroom Assistant in Exeter to support stockroom operations and back-of-house activities, ensuring products are available, neatly stored and ready for the shop floor. You will work closely with shop floor teams to maintain high standards of organisation and stock integrity.

In this fast-paced retail role, you will handle stock with care, follow safety procedures, participate in counts and price changes, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience

Responsibilities

• Support a smooth stockroom and back-of-house operations to ensure products are available and ready for the shop floor.
• Handle products with care to protect quality and brand standards.
• Work with shop floor teams to support replenishment and stock availability.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety in the stockroom.
• Complete stock tasks such as counts, price changes, and recalls as directed.
• Follow Health & Safety, security, and stock handling procedures at all times.
• Report issues, risks, or maintenance concerns promptly.
