Job summary

The White Company is seeking a dedicated Stockroom Assistant to help run the stockroom and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring products are available, well‑organised and handled with care. You will work closely with shop floor teams to support replenishment and availability, contributing to excellent customer service.

This role focuses on accuracy, organisation, and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficient processes in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom or back‑of‑house operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, practical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support stock availability and replenish stock for the shop floor.
• Handle products with care to protect quality and brand standards.
• Collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure stock is organised and available.
• Support delivery processing, stock organisation, and replenishment accurately.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety in the stockroom, and complete stock tasks as directed.
• Work efficiently to support the needs of the shop floor during busy periods.
• Follow Health & Safety, security, and stock handling procedures at all times.
• Report issues, risks, or maintenance concerns promptly.
