Job summary

Hotel Chocolat in Windsor is seeking a Seasonal Stockroom Assistant to receive, unpack, store and replenish stock quickly so customers can find the perfect gifts. No experience is required, but you must be reliable and flexible to meet store trading and delivery times and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will keep the stockroom tidy, process deliveries, and support replenishment to the shop floor, with incentives based on performance and staff discounts.

Are you ready to join Hotel Chocolat at our busiest and most magical time of year? Christmas starts early here at Hotel Chocolat, and we need a reliable, focused, and friendly Seasonal Stockroom Assistant who can receive, unpack, store, and replenish stock quickly so our customers can find the perfect gift for their loved ones! You don't need experience for this role however we ask that you are reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the stores trading and delivery times and are comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing…

• Processing stock deliveries, ensuring all items are handled and stored with care, maintaining stockroom standards, supporting replenishment and limiting stock damage adhering to Health & Safety guidelines and HR policies.
• Keeping the stockroom clean and organised.
• Replenishing stock onto the shop floor.
