Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Seasonal Stock Operator for the O2 Icon Outlet in London. The role is a 10-hour contract with two 5-hour shifts weekly, requiring peak-day availability around Xmas and New Year.

You will link the stock room to the shop floor and work closely with the Store Manager to manage stock and enhance the customer experience. You will review sales KPIs with the Store Manager, ensure daily replenishment, and train staff on stock guidelines.

Qualifications

• Relevant stock operation experience.
• Capable of training store associates in stock guidelines and standards.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review store sales and KPI’s to identify stock opportunities with the Store Manager.

Seasonal Stock Operator Role

10 Hour Contract (2x5 Hour shifts Weekly)

Must be able to work all peak days - Xmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Day.

Must have a fully flex availability from 21st Dec to 3rd Jan

Role is for 9th November to 10th January

As Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the link between the stock room and the floor. Working closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager, you will perform a fundamental role in both the management of the stock room and offer an exceptional shopping experience to the consumer.

Key parts of the role:

• Review store sales and KPI’s to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
• Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
• Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
• Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted and tagged on the floor and in the stock room
