Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Stock Operator for the O2 Icon Outlet in London. The role links the stock room with the shop floor and works closely with the Stock Manager to support stock management and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have stock operations experience, be highly organised, and able to train teammates while adapting quickly to peak-season demands.

• Experience in stock room management and replenishment.
• Ability to train colleagues on stock guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review store sales and KPIs with the Store Manager to identify opportunities.
• Ensure replenishment is performed efficiently and accurately each day.
• Train associates on Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
• Keep product well displayed, properly tagged, and organized on floor and in stockroom.
• Provide shop floor support and maintain stockroom organization.

Seasonal Stock Operator Role

10 Hour Contract (2x5 Hour shifts Weekly)

Must be able to work all peak days - Xmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Day.

Must have a fully flex availability from 21st Dec to 3rd Jan

Role is for 9th November to 10th January

As Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the link between the stock room and the floor. Working closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager, you will perform a fundamental role in both the management of the stock room and offer an exceptional shopping experience to the consumer.

Key parts of the role:

• Review store sales and KPI's to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
• Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
• Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
• Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted and tagged on the floor and in the stock room
• Organize and maintain the stockroom
• Provide shop floor support to the team
