Job Responsibility:

We are recruiting for a Seasonal Spa Therapist to join the team at Thurlestone Hotel & Spa.

Live in accommodation is available in our newly opened fully refurbished staff house just 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The Thurlestone Hotel is a luxury, family-owned, 4-star 65-bedroom hotel situated on the spectacular South Devon coast. The hotel includes the 2 AA Rosette Trevilder Restaurant, Voyage Spa, 9-hole golf course, The Village Inn Pub as well as a range of sports facilities including tennis, squash and a seasonal kids club.

About the role

As a Spa Therapist you will be delivering our full range of Voya and Elemis treatments, rituals and massages to our guests ensuring that they can unwind in the relaxing environment.

You will need to be trained to UK, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests on arrival.
• Delivery of our full range of treatments and spa services.
• Responding to requests and queries, pre-empting any further enquires guests may have.
• Maintain Hygiene levels around the treatment room and wider spa.
• To have a full knowledge of the services and products that the estate offers.
• Be proactive in suggesting and promoting Spa products or additional services.

Hours

• You will be required to undertake shifts on weekdays, weekends, on public and during school holidays.
• The Voyage Spa typically offers treatments from 10am to 8pm daily.
• Full time hours are available for this role but we will also consider part-time and seasonal applicants.
