Job summary

Heidi in Bristol is seeking a customer-focused teammate for the winter season to help ensure ski trips run smoothly and guests enjoy a brilliant post-booking experience. We value a can-do attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced, friendly office on Queen Square.

You will support customers by phone, live chat and email, assist before, during and after trips, stay calm during disruptions and learn our products quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience delivering real solutions for customers.
• Resilience to handle tough conversations with empathy.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to peak season pace.
• Availability to work weekends and bank holidays during the season.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, live chat and email throughout the season.
• Help before, during and after trips, from pre-departure questions to in-resort issues.
• Stay calm during live disruption and own problems until they're solved.
• Learn our products and systems quickly.
• Own performance metrics: response times, satisfaction and resolution rates.
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you and share improvement ideas.
