Job summary

Maison Sport is seeking a customer success focused team member for a seasonal, full-time role at Supreme Ski School in Kendal, Lake District. Start end of September, finish end March/mid April, with potential earlier start for the right candidate.

You will assist customers with booking ski and snowboard lessons, working within a 15-person team and reporting to Customer Success Managers. The role requires excellent English and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Ski/snowboard experience required.
• Strong organisational skills required.
• Native level English – written and spoken.
• Eligibility to work in the UK must be met.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls effectively and assist with bookings.
• Follow up on reservations, ensuring personalised service and smooth communication.
• Work with the team to manage seasonal workflows for the 26/27 season.
• Maintain accurate customer records and report to the Customer Success Managers daily.
