We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Senior Chef de Partie at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
For a unique culinary experience, Grand Jersey’s jewel in its crown is Tassili, an exceptional fine dining restaurant. Tassili boasts 4 AA Rosettes in honour of chef Nicolas Valmagna’s creative flair for combining local ingredients with classic French flavours.
Our Chef de Partie’s enjoy being part of a team and love the fact that no day is the same. You will be running a busy section, already be able to cook to a high standard, and have the ability to help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
