Job Advert: If you love footwear, fashion, and people, Clarks is the place to be. As a Sales Team Member, you’ll be in the thick of the action, helping customers find shoes they’ll adore.

The role: In many ways, you’ll be the face of Clarks, welcoming people into your store. You’ll build rapport with customers by asking questions about what they want, providing great advice to reassure and close sales, and suggesting accessories when appropriate. You’ll play an active role in every stage of the selling process. With our first-class training, including coaching, observations, and product knowledge, you’ll have what it takes to meet targets and performance standards. You will also help keep the store neat and tidy and assist in the stockroom.

About you: You are good with people and great in a team, loving to deal with customers. You enjoy working on the shop floor and engaging in sales activities. Your natural instinct helps you know when to make suggestions and when to let customers decide. An interest in fashion and footwear is essential. You should also be able to promote Clarks confidently. Experience in a similar role and flexibility with hours are advantageous.
