If you love footwear, fashion, and people, Clarks is the place to be. As a Sales Team Member, you’ll be in the thick of the action, helping customers find shoes they’ll adore.

The role

You’ll be the face of Clarks, welcoming people into your store. Build rapport by asking questions about what they want, and give great advice to reassure and close sales, suggesting accessories when appropriate. Play an active role in every stage of the selling process. With our training, coaching, observations, and product knowledge, you’ll meet targets and performance standards. Also, help keep the store tidy and assist in the stockroom.

About you

You are good with people and great in a team, love dealing with customers, and enjoy hands-on sales. Your instinct for people helps you make suggestions at the right moments. An interest in fashion and footwear is essential. You should be able to promote Clarks confidently and take pride in representing a respected global brand. Experience in a similar role and flexibility in hours are advantageous.
