Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Able to maneuver sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (POS, handheld and mobile devices).
• Openness to seasonal hiring and future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge and love for our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Promote shopper loyalty through the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
