Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for West Midlands. The role involves greeting customers, guiding them to the right apparel and footwear, and delivering a smooth checkout experience.

You will help stock and maintain store presentation while supporting front and back-of-store activities, including POS and digital orders. The position is part-time (8 hours) with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18+ in some locations)
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (devices, POS)
• High-energy environment with a team focus

Your Impact

We count on our Sales Associates to:

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out


• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear

• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)


• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs


• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus


• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends


• Ability to perform essential functions of the role


• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation


• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand‑held and mobile devices)
