Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a part-time (20 hours) role in Bicester. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers in selecting apparel and footwear, and help maintain store presentation. The position supports daily operations and may include stock duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.

• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital experience; work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as a team.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program to build loyalty.

• Adhere to UA processes for omni-channel requests.
• Adhere to scheduled hours per attendance policy.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
