Reiss is seeking a Sales Associate for our Gateshead Metro Centre store on a fixed term seasonal basis. You’ll deliver a premium customer experience and support the management team to meet sales and operational goals during the Christmas and sales periods.

We are looking for candidates with experience in customer-facing roles, a passion for premium fashion, and strong communication. Availability October to January 2027 is required, with most contracts ending on 31st January 2027.

What's the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you'll be joining our store in Gateshead Metro Centre as a Sales Associate, on a fixed term, full-time/part-time basis. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals during our important Christmas and Sales periods.

Due to the nature of the seasonal roles, we are looking for both part-time and full-time Sales and Stock Associates. Applicants should be available to work any dates (excluding Christmas Day) up until January 2027. Most contracts will end by the 31st January 2027.

Depending on your availability, our seasonal employees will start in the business in the months of October, November and December.
