What is a Reiss Assessment Centre?

We have created an immersive experience from 12:45 to 16:30 on Thursday, 31st October, to give you a behind-the-scenes look at our brand and introduce you to our in-store teams.

Participants will engage with Store Managers, the Talent Team, and Assessment Day Members through various activities designed to showcase what it means to be part of Reiss. Expect Halloween-themed outfits in Reiss style and Halloween treats throughout the day.

All invited participants will have a Teams call with a member of our Talent Team beforehand, fostering connections and friendships during the day. Our Talent Team takes pride in seeing supportive team relationships develop, indicating a good fit for our company culture.

Activities include getting to know exercises, packing simulations with real Reiss stock and order lists, and one-on-one styling sessions with Store Managers in the current season Reiss collections.

Successful candidates will receive a three-hour paid offsite induction before starting. Upon joining, you will be eligible for current season Reiss business wear, discounts, and commissions.

What’s the role about?

Joining as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will support providing exceptional customer service and facilitate our 'fulfil from store' delivery service during the busy Christmas and sales periods.

Roles are available as part-time and full-time positions. Applicants should be available to work any dates (excluding Christmas Day) until January, with some roles requiring availability until 31st January.

Start dates are in October, November, and December, depending on your availability.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service in-store
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management
• Picking stock accurately for online orders
• Packing stock carefully for dispatch
• Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
