Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (PT 8-Hours) for Caledonia Park. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store visually sharp.

You will join a fast-paced team, be responsible for greetings, checkout, product recommendations, stock duties, and supporting omni-channel requests while adhering to store policies and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions, stand for extended periods, and use technology.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Share knowledge and love for our products with customers.
• Stock, straighten and keep the store looking sharp.
• Work front and back of store as needed, including POS and payment processing.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to build customer loyalty.
