Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for Caledonia Park to deliver standout customer experiences while driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, recommend products, handle POS transactions, and keep the store looking sharp. This role offers weekend and holiday shifts with potential progression to regular part-time or full-time positions within UA.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to move around the sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices)
• Opportunity for regular part-time and full-time roles

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Support self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill working hours per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
