Job summary

PVH Corp. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Associate for Calvin Klein stores to deliver outstanding service and act as a brand ambassador. You will connect with customers, provide product knowledge, and recommend outfits while upholding high in-store standards.

You will support discount approvals, resolve queries, build relationships, and contribute to store KPIs. A dynamic, customer‑focused attitude and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

• Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
• Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve.
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
