Overview

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be:

• Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work, with the potential for extra hours when busy
• Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service
• Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, work with deliveries and pallets, both independently and as part of a team
• Willing and able to help out in our local Tesco concession space

Responsibilities include merchandising, keeping shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.

Key Information about this role

• Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds £11.15 per hour; 21-year-old plus £12.36 per hour
• Contract end date: 3 January 2026
• Store hours: open 7 days a week; weekend availability including Sundays required
• Hour options: 12-hour per week contract (typically 4-hour shifts over 3 days or two 6-hour shifts) or 20-hour per week contract (typically four 4-hour shifts over 5 days)
• There may be opportunities to work extra hours depending on trade
• All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts may require working on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve
