Overview

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be: reliable and flexible in what hours you can work (there may be extra hours if we’re busy); approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service; physically fit and able to move stock around the store, work with deliveries and pallets on your own and as part of a team; willing and able to help out in our local Tesco concession space. Merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.

Key Information about this role

Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds £11.00 per hour; 21-year-old plus £12.21 per hour.

Contract end date: 3rd January 2026.

Our stores will be open 7 days a week, so you will need to be able to support us at weekends including Sundays.

Hours and shifts

The hours available for this store are a 12-hour per week contract: you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or two 6-hour shifts. If you are flexible to work various shifts (including evenings and different days of the week), we can make the hours you are available work for you. There may also be an opportunity to work extra hours depending on trade. All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts include working on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve, which are some of our busiest days of the year.
