Overview

Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer, Norwich Castle Quarter Shopping Centre. This role is a contract position for the Christmas period in a busy toy shop, focusing on customer service, stock replenishment and keeping the store welcoming.

• Rates of Pay:
• 16-20 year olds: £11.00 per hour
• 21-year-old plus: £12.21 per hour

• Contract end date: 3rd January 2026

• Our stores will be open 7 days a week, so you will need to be available to work weekends including Sundays.
• The hours available for this store are a 12-hour per week contract: you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or two 6-hour shifts.

• There may be opportunities for extra hours in this role depending on trade.
• All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts may require you to work on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve.

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be

• Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work; there may be the chance of extra hours too if we’re busy
• Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service
• Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as a team
• Willing and able to help out in our local Tesco concession space, merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries
