Overview

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be:

• Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work; there may be the chance of extra hours if we\'re busy.
• Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service.
• Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, including working with deliveries and pallets on your own or as part of a team.
• Willing and able to help out in our local Tesco concession space. Merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.

Key Information about this role

• Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds - £11.15 per hour. 21-year-old plus - £12.36 per hour
• Contract end date: 3rd January 2026
• Our stores will be open 7 days a week; you will need to be able to support us at weekends including Sundays.
• Hours available for this store: a) 12-hour per week contract: you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or two 6-hour shifts. b) 20-hour per week contract: you may typically work 4-hour shifts over 5 days.

• If you are flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and different days of the week, have a great attitude and friendly personality, we can make the hours you are available work for you and us—just provide as much detail as possible in your application.
• There may also be an opportunity to work extra hours in this role, depending on trade.
• With all Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts you will also be asked to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year\'s Eve (these are among our busiest days of the year).
