The White Company is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to help deliver a magical Christmas in our stores. You will deliver warm service, share product knowledge, and engage with customers to make their shopping experience special.

You will work as part of a friendly team, providing memorable service during peak periods, while supporting store targets and data capture for loyalty. Flexibility in shifts is required, with a focus on customer delight and brand standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions. Be able to respond to queries on product’s price, features and benefits.
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty.
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period.
• Take pride in representing The White Company values and behaviours.
