Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to help spread the magic during the peak Christmas period in our Cheltenham stores. You will deliver warm service, share product knowledge and create confident, delighted customers who feel welcomed and well supported.

In this role you will identify customer needs, answer questions about price, features and benefits, and strive to exceed sales targets while upholding our values and teamwork. Availability to work extended hours is appreciated.

• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions.
• Maximise selling opportunities to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data to expand the database and encourage loyalty.
