ProCook is seeking friendly Seasonal Sales Advisors for our Cotswold Outlet Store during the peak trading period. You will help customers find the perfect gift, share knowledge on cookware and keep shelves stocked with customer favourites.

These temporary roles are part-time (8 or 12 hours per week) with flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. A Real Living Wage salary and 40% staff discount await successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Available for varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work during peak seasonal period.

Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.

We have 2 x temporary part-time contracts working 1x 12 hours OR 1 x 8 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Cotswold Outlet Store. The shifts will mainly be as below, but some flexibility is required: 1 x 8hrs/week working mainly weekends

1 x 12hrs/week working over 3 days Tues to Thurs

The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.

A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
