We are hiring Summer Seasonal Sales Advisors to support our busy holiday peak. Fixed Term Contracts will begin the week commencing 5th June and end on 2nd September. This is perfect for college or university students looking to fill their summer holidays, or anyone who wants to spend the summer surrounded by beautiful fragrances!

We work with PRIDE; our company values every day. You will assist customers by identifying their needs, answering product-related questions, and promoting sales and customer loyalty. You should be passionate, dedicated, and willing to take on multiple tasks to go the extra mile for our customers and team.

You will often be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing a superb shopping experience and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations,
  • Identifying customer needs and answering questions about products' price, features, and benefits,
  • Maximizing sales opportunities to meet store and individual targets,
  • Capturing customer data to expand our database and encourage loyalty.
