ProCook in Gloucester is hiring Seasonal Sales Advisors for our peak period. This part-time role (10 hours per week) focuses on helping customers find gifts, sharing knowledge of cookware, and ensuring shelves are stocked.

You must be flexible, work evenings and weekends during Black Friday and Christmas season. Training is provided and a Real Living Wage is offered with a 40% staff discount after your first weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.

• Part-time seasonal role during peak trading period in Gloucester.

Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.

We have a part-time contract working 10 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Gloucester Store. Flexibility is key for this role.

The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

You’ll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.

A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
