Waterside’s 5-Star Holiday Parks is seeking a Seasonal Ride Attendant for its Southside Fun Fair. The role involves operating rides, conducting safety checks, assisting guests, and delivering a high-quality guest experience within a dynamic fairground environment.

You will contribute to safety, guest satisfaction, and the smooth running of attractions, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Training and team events are provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides and attractions safely, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic pre-opening safety inspections on rides to ensure everything is ready for guests.
• Help guests board and exit attractions, ensuring safety restraints are properly secured and providing clear safety instructions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Keep rides and surrounding areas clean and tidy and report any technical issues to management promptly.
• Ensure all guests follow safety rules and intervene professionally when necessary.
