Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; customer service/retail experience preferred. Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high level customer service and greeting customers with product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining standards on shop floor and back areas.
• Assisting with opening and shutdown procedures.
