Overview

Become a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will join our merry crew and help make the holiday season the best one yet. Supporting our busy peak period leading up to the holiday, you will be the heart of our retail store, welcoming customers with a friendly smile and inspiring them to read, learn, create, or play. The role can be physically demanding, including managing stairs and heavy stock. Our supportive team will help you along the way. Your Festive Mission

• Excite and Delight: Provide friendly service and inspire customers to read, learn, create, or play with our products.
• Loyalty Ambassador: Help customers craft a worthwhile Christmas experience and show how they can get more value at The Works.
• Merchandising Marvel: Follow planograms for key product areas and space permitting, apply creative merchandising in non-planogrammed areas.
• Deliveries: Manage deliveries, price and label products, sort items onto shop floor displays, and keep the stockroom tidy.
• Have fun: Be your authentic self and connect with our brand, colleagues, and customers to create a festive store environment.

Contract & Perks
