Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member in Cambridge to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, merchandising, and executing store processes to maintain an in-stock store.

Team members engage customers on rewards programs, assist with omnichannel orders, and follow SOPs to meet company standards. Flexible hours may apply, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, truck unloading, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions across departments.
