Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant at Leigh Delamere Services near Chippenham. You will play a key role in delivering WHSmith’s travel essentials and superb customer service while helping to maintain high store standards.

You’ll greet customers warmly, assist with orders, replenish displays, and keep the store clean and welcoming. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for development within a busy travel hub.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver brand standards to a level customers expect
• Resolve challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Receive deliveries and replenish displays to maximise product availability
• Keep the workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming
• Supervise adult gaming areas as required
• Work with colleagues to promote teamwork and a sense of togetherness
• Leave customers with a memorable experience worth returning for
• Help prepare the store for the following day’s trade

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
