Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting a WHSmith Retail Assistant at Wetherby Services on the A1(M). The role offers £14.90 per hour for night shifts (11pm–7am), 21 hours per week, based at Wetherby LS22 5GTA.

You will greet customers, process orders, stock displays, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You’ll supervise the adult gaming area and work with colleagues to deliver a memorable customer experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
