Job summary

Boots is looking for a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support the festive period in-store. You’ll welcome customers, help them find products, and process purchases at tills or self-checkouts while maintaining store standards.

You’ll join a friendly team, balance customer service with stock tasks, assist deliveries and keep shelves replenished. A customer-focused, proactive attitude and comfort with technology will help you thrive during our busiest season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including peak shopping periods.
• Comfortable with technology and handheld devices, tills and self-checkouts.
• Confident asking for help to get things right.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
