Job Summary

To ensure the highest level of housekeeping service in all areas at all times

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of service to our guests at all times, undertaking reasonable requests to ensure guest comfort
  • Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards, including bedrooms, holiday park lodges, cottages, and public/staff areas
  • Undertake turn-down duties as per weekly rota
  • Refer guest complaints to a senior team member to resolve to the guest's satisfaction
  • Keep trolleys and service points orderly and replenished with linens, cleaning materials, and guest supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public areas, ensuring trolleys do not block thoroughfares
  • Report lost property through proper procedures
  • Ensure security by securing guest rooms after cleaning and keeping keys safe, reporting suspicious activity
  • Report equipment faults to maintenance and notify of issues within guest rooms or public/staff areas
  • Perform periodic and special cleaning tasks as required
