As a Regional Field Manager you will:

  • Hold management responsibility for a field-based team, including recruiting, managing, directing, and motivating. Conduct individual performance appraisals, implement personal development plans, and coaching.
  • Manage the delivery of agreed field retail performance standards, procedures, and systems, ensuring deadlines are met and company policies are followed.
  • Carry out team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and give strategic direction.
  • Regularly analyze team performance using data insights and produce weekly and monthly reports.

Who are we looking for?
