Aragon House in Parsons Green, part of Young's, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our vibrant team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering outstanding service and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere across our pub, restaurant and boutique hotel.

A pro-active attitude and impeccable attention to detail help you thrive in this role. You will work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for progression, training, and flexible shifts to suit your needs.

Formación

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Active team player with strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and helping customers.

Receptionist

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
