This is a seasonal position supporting our production teams during the Christmas period. The role involves weekend work on the PM shift from 14:15 to 23:10. The contract is expected to run until the end of December.

Area of responsibility

Responsible for processing, packing, or dispatching quality products to meet production targets, maintain cost efficiency, and ensure safe working conditions.

Specific tasks:

• Carry out tasks on specific lines within the production area
• Process, seal, pack, or dispatch products according to specifications
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet targets
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of food products
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate product tracking
• Perform service roles within the production area
• Coach or train new operatives as needed
• Cover other departments as required
• Participate in departmental and site improvement projects
• Assist in operational continuity by stepping up when needed
