This is a seasonal position supporting our production teams during the Christmas period, involving weekend work and the PM shift from 14:15 to 23:10. The contract is expected to run until the end of December.

Area of responsibility

Responsible for processing, packing, or dispatching quality products to meet production targets, maintaining cost efficiency and safe working conditions.

Specific tasks:

  • Perform tasks on specific production lines within the factory
  • Process, seal, pack, or dispatch products according to specifications
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
  • Ensure safe handling and transportation of food products
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
  • Follow procedures for product tracking
  • Perform service roles within the production area
  • Train or coach new Production Operatives as needed
  • Cover other departments when required, based on training and skills
  • Participate in departmental and site improvement projects
  • Step up to higher responsibilities when needed for departmental operation
  • Report hazards or issues to management
  • Take responsibility for personal development
  • Maintain punctuality, performance, and attendance according to company standards
