Job description

This is a seasonal position supporting our production teams during the Christmas period, with weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 05:45 to 14:40. The contract is expected to last until the end of December.

  • Performing tasks on specific production lines
  • Processing, sealing, packing, or dispatching products according to specifications
  • Working independently or as part of a team to meet targets
  • Ensuring safe handling and transportation of food products
  • Maintaining high health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Following procedures for product tracking
  • Carrying out service roles within the production area
  • Training and coaching new operatives as needed
  • Covering other departments when required
  • Participating in improvement projects
  • Stepping up to higher roles when necessary
  • Reporting hazards or issues to management
  • Taking responsibility for personal development
  • Maintaining punctuality, performance, and attendance standards
