This is a seasonal position to support our production teams during the Christmas period, involving weekend work, on the AM shift from 05:45 to 14:40. The contract is expected to run until the end of December.

Area of responsibility

Responsible for processing, packing, or dispatching quality products to meet production targets, maintain cost efficiency, and ensure safe working conditions.

Specific tasks:

  • Perform tasks on specific production lines within the factory
  • Process, seal, pack, or dispatch high-quality products according to specifications
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
  • Ensure safe handling and transportation of food products
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Follow procedures for product tracking
  • Carry out service roles in the production area
  • Train or coach new Production Operatives as needed
  • Assist other departments as required with appropriate training
  • Participate in departmental and site improvement projects
  • Step up to higher roles when needed for smooth operations
  • Report hazards or issues to management
  • Take responsibility for personal development
  • Maintain punctuality, performance, and attendance standards
