Job summary

SRG is recruiting for a Pharma Process Operator at the Speke facility in Liverpool. You will support the production lines for flu vaccine manufacture, ensuring GMP-compliant operations and accurate documentation. The role starts January 2027 and runs 4 on, 4 off, 10-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates will have GMP familiarity or a strong willingness to learn, basic GCSE English and Maths, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to thrive in a cutting-edge global environment.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge or willingness to learn GMP practices.
• Comfort with PC systems and basic computing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep production lines running to GMP standards.
• Complete tasks accurately and on schedule, including cleaning and record-keeping.
• Document batch records and essential production documentation.
• Ensure availability and tracking of required supplies.

• Hours: 10-hour shift 7am-5pm

SRG is on the lookout for Pharma Process Operators with experience, passion to learn, or interest in the GMP pharmaceutical sector to join a global powerhouse in Liverpool. We're gearing up for the 2027 manufacturing season, and we want you to be part of the action at our cutting-edge Speke facility. Here, we don't just make vaccines; we craft the future of flu prevention.

Our client's site in Speke is their global centre of excellence for the production of flu vaccine portfolio. Through innovation, collaboration and ongoing investment the site in Speke has the facilities to research, develop, produce and distribute up to 20 million vaccine doses each year for the global market.

As a Process Operator, your mission is to keep our production lines running like clockwork, ensuring top-quality products in line with GMP standards.

• Be the GMP Guru: Keep everything from documentation to cleanliness, and safety in check.
• Tick the Boxes: Ensure all production tasks are done right and on time - from cleaning to record-keeping.
• Master the Docs: Accurately complete batch records and other critical documentation.
• Stock Savvy: Make sure all needed supplies are available and accounted for.

Requirements:

• GMP Experience: Knowledge of GMP from pharma or similar industries, or interest to learn.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with PCs, plus GCSE-level English and Maths.
• Efficiency Enthusiast: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and always look for ways to level up.
• People Person: Top communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Start Strong: Ready to start early January 2027
